Refunds Pre-enrollment determines the number of staff hired and the number of campers guaranteed to Macalester College. Medical refunds, less the initial deposit of $50.00 ($25.00 for Jr. Academy) will be made for medical purposes ONLY and must be accompanied by a physician's letter of explanation prior to June 10, 2005. If an athlete is unable to attend for medical reasons, the tuition less the $50.00 deposit ($25.00 for Jr. Academy) can be applied towards the year 2006 Academy, or it can be used by a friend.
